Support and reports
For a problem with the app, open a ticket from the app itself: Settings → Report a problem. We'll reply there and let you know in your Inbox. For a privacy request, or if you can no longer log in, write to [email protected].
In the app you can report a post, a comment, a profile, a chat or a sound, and block anyone. Reports are reviewed by a person, usually within 24 hours, and the person who reported gets the outcome in their Inbox. To report without the app, even if you don't have an account, see the «Reporting content and contacting us» page.
